Ernie is the Managing Director and founder of Screenbond, although still coming in on a daily basis he does take more of a back seat now handing over more of the responsibility of the company to Tim & Gordon. | |

Gordon's main role is production, he overseas the factory and ensures that everything is running smoothly , he is responsible for quotations and also generating the necessary paperwork for all new jobs that enter the factory floor. | |

He is responsible for the financial, commercial & legal side of the company. Tim is also actively involved in production. Tim is also the 'sort it out man', any problems and everyone comes to Tim. | |

Sylvia Smith |
Sylvia comes in two or three times a month to help out with the accounts and the admin' side of the company and generally keep everyone on their toes. | |
