| We have 4 dedicated drilling and routing machines and two staff members working full time in this department alone, this enables us to drill & rout boards more efficiently. |

Further to recent changes in environmental legislation of PCB Manufacture, we have invested heavily in outgoing water treatment, this new process avoids contaminating the local water system with hazardous waste. |

One of the light exposure units in the Photomech department, the copper clad fibreglass is covered in film and the PCB image is projected onto the board using this unit, We have two units in our Photomech department as well as a developer and a dry film application machine. |  |

The screen printing department, here is where we put the solder resist and ident onto the PCB, we have a UV curing process for the solder resist and we able to coat in several different colours. We also offer silk screen panel printing. |  |

| At regular intervals along the manufacturing process the boards are brought into the inspection department to ensure that no problems are occurring, each board is checked and any not meeting our standards are discarded, or repaired. |  |

We also have two MPS 3000 Bare board testers, these are the traditional "bed of nails" testers and ensure that every board is identical by running a comparison test, we normally only test boards which we feel are quite complex or if it is specially required. For boards with surface mount we would subcontract out the testing to a local testing house. |

| As you can see we have a large amount of equipment per square foot of factory space. We like to make the most of our space not wasting money on unused factory area. This in turn helps keep our costs lower allowing to make competitively priced printed circuit boards without compromising quality. |
